The term "the Site" in these Terms refers to all online facilities provided by ChurnLab. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all other guidelines and policies published on the Site from time to time (the "Agreement").

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The Site is made available for your personal, non-commercial use. You must provide current, accurate identification and contact information as part of registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities that occur under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.

We reserve the right to refuse Site access to anyone at any time without notice for any reason, and to suspend or revoke accounts that breach this Agreement.

You agree to use the Site in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You shall not, and shall not authorise any third party to:

• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose, or to transmit viruses or harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or prevent others from using it;
• scrape, bulk-copy, or republish deal data from the Site for commercial use without permission;
• use automated tools to overload or disrupt the Site.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to investigate use of the Site to determine whether a violation has occurred or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

ChurnLab does not claim ownership in the plan details, notes, or other content you store in your account. We use your content only to provide the Site functionality to you. By saving plan information you grant ChurnLab a non-exclusive licence to store and display that information back to you within your account.

The ChurnLab brand name, logo, deal board design, and other Site materials are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws; you may not copy or reuse them without permission.

As a condition of using the Site, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, as it may be updated from time to time. We may monitor, edit, or disclose your personal information where required to comply with a valid legal process or governmental request.

As consideration for using the Site, you acknowledge that ChurnLab may display advertisements via our advertising partners (including Google AdSense) adjacent to deal content. Ads are served by an automated process and their content is not endorsed by ChurnLab.

Deal listings are fetched from the public web and may be out of date, incomplete, or changed by the provider without notice. ChurnLab does not guarantee the availability, price, speed, or joining bonus of any listed deal.

Always confirm the terms of any offer on the provider's own website before signing up.ChurnLab is not a party to any contract between you and an internet provider and receives no commission for your sign-up unless clearly disclosed on the deal.

You may cancel your use of the Site at any time by deleting your account from the dashboard. We may terminate your access, or suspend or terminate your account, at any time and for any reason. On termination, your account will be disabled; residual copies of information may remain in our systems for data integrity and legal compliance.

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify ChurnLab, its operators, officers, agents, and employees from any claim arising from or related to your use of the Site, including liability and expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and legal fees of every kind.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurnLab and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on any deal information displayed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If a dispute arises, please contact Base44 support first so it can be reviewed in a reasonable timeframe.
